Dr Akanksha Singh

Dr Akanksha Singh is a Professor in the Department of Education, University of Lucknow. She previously worked as an Assistant Professor at the Central University of Allahabad and a Postdoctoral Fellow at University of Lucknow. Her areas of academic interest include Qualitative Research, Educational Management & Administration, and Inclusive Education. She contributed as Co-Principal Investigator in an ICSSR collaborative project on Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP). She has been awarded recently with the ICSSR project under the Punya Shloka Ahilya Bai Holkar scheme in 2025. She has authored two books and one edited book, published 46 research papers, 26 articles as book chapters, and developed e-content for Open University platforms. She has actively contributed to administrative and academic responsibilities as a Member of the IQAC, University of Lucknow, and also organised a National Seminar in 2022 on “Higher Education Through the Medium of Indian Languages: Challenges and Opportunities,” in collaboration with Bhartiya Bhasha Samiti, Ministry of Education, Government of India. She has delivered several invited talks at national and institutional forums, including UGC- MMTTC and various government and higher education institutions and is associated as a consultant with various government bodies.

Dr. Harish Kumar Singh

Dr. Harish Kumar Singh, a distinguished senior Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at S.S. Khanna Girls' Degree College (University of Allahabad), brings a wealth of expertise to the field of education. He has been recognized for his innovative research with the prestigious Innovative Researcher Award (2017). His dedication to social good is further evidenced by the Gandhi Shanti Samman (2020),prayagshree award (2024)in Mahakumbh and recent Global excellence award from Rajarshi Jank University Nepal.Dr. Singh is actively developing a crucial module for counseling guardians under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan program, contributing directly to educational equity in Prayagraj. He has authored five impactful books, including 'Serve Shiksha Abhiyan' and 'History of Primary Education,' shaping the educational discourse. His editorial expertise is evident in six edited books on research methodology ,national education policy,relevance of Gita Students attendance and elementary education. Furthermore, his research has been published extensively in prestigious international and national journals, periodicals, and books. Dr. Singh's dedication extends to active participation in various college and university committees. He has also successfully completed a project funded by ICSSR on Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, a testament to his commitment to girls' education and he has two patents National and international.
