Dr. Pronob K. Sanyal is Professor & Head of Department of Department of Prosthodontics in School of Dental Sciences which is a constituent Faculty of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences “Deemed to be University.” He has been associated with teaching Prosthodontics and research for the past many decades. Presently he is involved in guiding graduate students through their Masters Program. Ph. D scholars of the department are also benefitted from his supervision in their research projects and publications. He has many original research publications in peer reviewed indexed international journals of high impact factor and has conducted numerous hands on workshops and guest lectures benefitting numerous budding prosthodontists. He is member of many prestigious professional societies including Indian Prosthodontic Society and has held many important academic and administrative positions throughout his illustrious career, including Dean of Dental School, Professor & HOD of Prosthodontics, member –Academic Council and Joint College Council of University.
