Authors: Professor Lewis Baison Dzimbiri,
Format: Paperback | Genre : Human Resource | Other Book Detail

Having successfully written two major textbooks for university level curriculum: Organisation and Management Theories : an African Focus; and Industrial Relations in a Developing Society- case of Colonial, Independent one party and Multiparty Malawi, and borrowing from the experiences of Malawi, SADC and Africa generally, the author felt compelled to produce a more specific textbook with a special focus on the management of entry, stay and exit of people in public and private sector organisations. Public and private sector organisations cannot function without human, material, financial, information, time and other resources (Dzimbiri, 2015). However, of all the resources at the disposal of an organisation, the human resource is the most critical since it is the human resource that plan activities and implement them using the other resources to produce goods and services for human consumption.
