The shoulder is a complicated joint that connects the upper
extremities to the trunk, also known as the axial skeleton. It is essential
for the function of the arms and hands, whose dexterity distinguishes
humans from other mammals –(1). The goal of maintaining normal
kinematic function is still one of sports medicine's biggest concerns
today. The complex, which is made up of four joints and a slew of
ligaments and muscles, must operate with the same synergy and
coordination as mechanical robots, allowing for graceful fluid
movement. Any difference in force, mobility, strength, stability, and
flexibility within the shoulder complex will affect function, potentially
resulting in micro-traumatic episodes and failure –(2).
