Aging is described as a biologically predetermined and environmentally modulated phase or it is merely getting older. Aging is characterized by longitudinal process in terms of physiological, such as a reduction in the number of tissue that comprise the body and a gradual loss of physical adaptability, which leads to death.(1) Through older phase, increased stress, lowered hormone production, and reduced metabolic rate could lead to body cells catabolism and degenerative changes.(2) Reduced bone mass, skeletal muscle mass, endurance and gesture coordination via the sensory and vestibular cortex, all such processes result in a neuronal decrease of nerve extensions, These impairments may result in a loss of balance and poor gait in the elderly population.(3)(4) Frailty and sarcopenia are more common in the elderly. It is possible in people over the age of 65 impact on personal ability to carry out daily activities (ADL), and increase risk of falling. (5)
