Dr. M. OBALESU working as a faculty in Dept of Political Science and Public Administration, Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapuramu district of Andhra Pradesh. He awarded his Post-Doctoral Fellowship by ICSSR, New Delhi under the Supervision of Prof.B.V. Raghavulu in 2013 and also completed Ph.D degree in same Department under the Supervision of Prof. B. Padmanabha Reddy (Rtd) in 2011. Dr. M. Obalesu was p a r t i c i p a t e d & p r e s e n t e d v a r i o u s n a t i o n a l a n d I n t e r n a t i o n a l seminars/conferences and also published research articles in national and international journals. He came from Mellakunta village, Kambadur Mandal, Anantapuramu district and his parents Smt.M. Sakamma & Late. Sri. M.Gangappa. The main themes of this book administration and implementation of MGNREGS programme and also covers, how this programme alleviation of poverty in rural areas.
