Welcome to this exploration of an interesting and thought provoking subject ‘A Hand book of Accounting Theory’, which provide information about the various issues such as partnership acts, Companies Act, Financial Statements, Tools of Financial Statements, Computerized Accounting, Database Management System, Electronic Spreadsheet and many more to the students of future generation. As I observe the problem of majority students who studied in 12th standard of J&K State Board and CBSE, that they do not have much more options for studying Accounting Theory Portion. The present book has been written to cater the need of J&K State Board and equally useful for CBSE students. I feel pleasure in placing the first edition of the book entitled ‘A Handbook of Accounting Theory’’ according to the syllabus of J&K State Board and CBSE of 12th standard.
